If you are new to MyCool ID then please select the country and accept cookies policy. If you don't have an account yet then please register first. It's very simple. Click the Register option from the MENU. Enter your name or your organization's name. Now select the country carefully. It is important. If you don't find your country in the list then please select Other. Enter either your mobile number or email address. Remember some countries support registration through email only. Now set a password for your account. Password should have character + number + special characters. Under the Captcha section enter the calculated value and click the Register button. You will receive a registration OTP through SMS or email. Please enter the OTP in Otp field. Click ok and you are done. If you do not receive the OTP within 2 minutes then, please verify if the mobile number or the email address you provided is correct or not. Also, check your Junk/ Spam folder in your email account. If everything is ok and you still do not receive the OTP then contact us. We will do the needful and activate your account. Once the registration process successfully completed, the system will log in automatically and take you to the DASHBOARD. You will be prompted to complete the one-time setup process. Please follow the given instructions. When done, please follow the Learn how to manage Dashboard video and create your profile.

You may follow our video tutorial also. In the MyCool ID web app, Dashboard is the main page where you can manage all the essential functions related to your account. The Edit button open Edit Member page. On this page, you can Edit or Update all the information related to yourself or any other members. Upload your profile image from this page. Please follow the Image Upload tips. This section below is for  Members: Branch and classification which can be simply ignored by the family users. Save your changes and return to DASHBOARD. Click on the Create Profile button. Select the profile type. Select product options. We have different product kits suitable for Riders, sports persons, travelers, school students, and many more. To know more call or WhatApp us. You can change this any time. Now just type a name for the profile. Now select Visibility. You can change this setting at any time. In the next field, put few charecters to generate the profile URL. Once done please click the Submit button. Your newly created profile will appear hear. Click this Edit Profile button and fill in the details you want to share in case of a medical emergency. Once you are ready then update your postal address [Settings>Your Address]. To activate any profile click the Pay & Activate button. On the billing page please put your Friends Reference code (example: MCID24) to get the direct discount.Now click the Pay Online button and complete the payment process.
